We do not issue any VAT invoices for any purchases made. Additionally, please note that all online purchases are not eligible for a VAT refund.

Please note: If you use PayPal Express as a payent method, always double check your default shipping address on your PayPal account, to avoid wrong address details being used for shipping.

When you select PayPal at the checkout, we’ll lead you straight to the PayPal website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can set one up and easily proceed with the payment.

Refunds from returns will be logged onto the registered PayPal account.

To make sure everything will be delivered at the right address, please check if all the information in your PayPal account is correct.

Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to buy products now and pay after you have received them, free of interest. Please be aware that Klarna's services are a form of credit, so you have to be 18 + years old to use Klarna as a payment method. Note that fees may apply to late payments.

Pay Later with Klarna
With Klarna's Pay Later service, you can easily buy items on our website and pay for them after you have received your order; this means you only pay for the items that you have decided to keep.
Simply place your order and choose Pay Later with Klarna as a payment method. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email from Klarna with all the payment details. You have 30 days to pay for the items from the date the order was shipped to you.

Pay Over Time with Klarna
Split your purchases into three (3) interest-free monthly payments. The first payment is made at the point of purchase, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card or bank account according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish. Simply place your order and choose Klarna Pay Over Time as a payment method. You'll pay the first part of the payment upon finalising your order placement. After you have received your order, you can pay the remaining amount in two separate installments. Klarna will send you a reminder for every installment to be paid one month after the previous payment period.

As of January 13, 2026, our operations related to https://ro.calvinklein.com will be handed over to our partner SARKK SA (SARKK).

What does this mean?
This means that as of January 13,  2026,

 

• If you have an account with Calvin Klein, it will be deactivated and deleted. As a result, any benefits associated with your account, such as birthday discounts, early access, or exclusive promotions, will end as of the deactivation date. You will, however, be able to create a new account with SARKK as of January 13.
• If applicable to you, your newsletter subscription with Calvin Klein will end. If you wish to keep receiving the latest news about Calvin Klein, you can subscribe to the newsletter sent by SARKK.
• Any order placed, as well as any related communications, will be handled by SARKK.

If you currently have a promo code for use on the Romanian Calvin Klein website, please note that these codes will be active until January 12, after which they will be deactivated. We kindly encourage you to use them before or on that date to avoid missing out.
